Together they have developed an organization that has developed millions of square feet of commercial space for many diverse industries, including, but not limited to: hospitality, medical, clean room, office space, warehouse/ distribution, and site development and redevelopment. They have also concentrated on the many facets of residential construction, ranging from single family and multi family residential projects.

Since that time Bruce was instrumental in the development, management, and eventual sale of Pennsylvania Horticulture and Environmental LLC. Under Bruce’s direction the company acted as a consultant to the oil and gas industry. They also performed projects that ranged from specifying plant material on living roofs to developing and implementing storm water management systems that often included bioremediation and biodegradation systems.
