Bruce Construction provides a service framework that includes:
Ongoing communication – you have our phone numbers, call us with questions and concerns. We will do the same. We will continue to work together throughout the construction process to insure your satisfaction with not only the progress, but with the end result.
Written estimates – We have a no surprise overage policy. Design adaptations can and do happen. Again, with total communication and involvement in your project, we are able to minimize the change orders, and clearly communicate any additional costs that will be incurred, before you are sent an invoice. We have a no surprise overage policy.
Fiscal accountability – We keep you updated on current costs, and recommend resources that are both experienced and efficient, providing quality craftsmanship at a fair market price.
Sustainable resource engagement – We endorse the use of environmentally responsible practices. We work with local service providers and product manufacturers, we engage in adaptive reuse of building products, and we support job site product recycling and reclamation practices.
We engage a select number local construction industry professionals and brand products that meet the specifications, requirements, and criteria for being included our portfolio.
